Target audience: B2B clients/end consumers; language should align with their needs (professional terminology or simple expressions).

  1. Content Structure
    Cover: Company logo, featured product image, and slogan—design should be clean and impactful.

Inner Pages:

Company Introduction (within 200 words, highlighting industry standing).

Product Sections (combining images and text, including specifications, use cases, and customer examples).

Service & After-Sales Support (to build trust).

Back Cover: Contact details and QR codes (website/customer service).

  1. Design Style
    Visual Tone: Tech-inspired/minimalist/industrial (depending on industry).

Color Scheme: No more than 3 primary colors, aligned with brand VI.

Layout: Balanced whitespace, key information bolded or iconized.

  1. Additional Requirements
    Size: A4 or custom square format.

Finishing: Lamination/UV coating for premium texture.

Deliverables: Print-ready files + digital versions (PDF, JPEG).
